Those who wish to enroll in The Japanese Society for Pediatric Endocrinology, please fill in the admission application form (PDF) and send it to the secretariat listed below.
Annual fee is 10,000 yen
(The validity of annual fee is from September 1st to the August 31st of the next year)
Annual membership fee should be paid based on the bill that will be sent by the secretariat after it receives the admission application form. Please remind that it will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to send the bill after the secretariat receives your application form.
