±2SD、±1SDおよび平均の曲線はLMS法（Clin Pediatr Endocrinol 25:71-76, 2016）で作成した。-2.5SDと-3SDは小児慢性特定疾病成長ホルモン治療に関する旧基準を示す。
Curves for ±2SD, ±1SD and mean were created by the LMS method (Clin Pediatr Endocrinol 25:71-76, 2016).
The -2.5 SD and -3 SD points represent the previous standards for growth hormone treatment of the Japanese Medical Aid Program for Specific Pediatric Chronic Diseases. 2025/3/4
